From public audit to published agent content
CitePad is built for a simple workflow: check what AI agents already say about you, review the gaps, then publish structured content on your own domain.
1. Run the public audit
Start with your root domain. CitePad scrapes your public site, extracts a baseline fact set, and compares that against what major AI agents say today.
- Use a root domain like example.com, not a deep page URL.
- The audit shows pages scraped, facts extracted, and an agent-by-agent score.
- Results are directional, not a publishing step.
2. Create your workspace
Use your work email to request a magic link. If it's your first time, CitePad creates the workspace when you complete the sign-in flow.
- Onboarding scrapes the site again with richer extraction.
- Generated factoids and pages are saved as drafts.
- Nothing is published until you review and approve it.
3. Publish on your domain
CitePad serves llms.txt, fact pages, and hub content from your own domain so agents see vendor-hosted material instead of a shared third-party site.
This is the key user story the product is built around: a revenue team can give an AI agent a clean, trustworthy source to check before it answers.
