How CitePad handles product and audit data

Data we collect

• Work email addresses used for magic-link sign-in.
• Workspace content you create or approve, including factoids and pages.
• Public audit inputs such as the domain you submit and the resulting verification output.
• Operational event logs used to troubleshoot onboarding, verification, and serving flows.

Third-party processing

CitePad uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to generate draft content, send magic-link emails, and run verification audits. Public website content submitted for audits may be processed by those providers as part of the workflow.

User controls

Generated content starts as drafts, and your team decides what to publish. If you need a workspace-specific review or deletion request, contact the team from the email attached to your workspace.
